Pilates Swimming Exercise

coming on all four knees under your hips, hands in line with your shoulders, inhale and engage your core muscles, exhale and slide right arm and opposite leg out balancing the weight in your centre keeping your low abdominal muscles strong and engaged throuughout the lenght of the exercise exhale and come back to all fours. Repeat 8 times alternating arms and legs. When completed the cycle come back in stretching your back resting your rib cage on your thighs and lengthening the spine forward in the child pose. Inhale filling the rib cage with oxygen allowing thoracic breathing inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth getting rid of carbon dioxide. Enjoy!
