The vast majority of the world population is not aware of how to move their bodies in space causing unnecessary and harmful strain and tension in back, joints and neck areas. We often misuse our bodies thinking we are God’d gifts and that’s what counts to live this life basically passively. Our health is our responsibility it’s time to take action, stop blaming the doctor and be our own doctor, listen to your body respond to your body’s signs and cries out ( acne, aches, dehydration…)
My advice !? find any excuse to leave the chair, look after your posture as that affects your internal organs functionality and vitality. Help your body to restore young hood again and be active with Pilates and cardiovascular type of exercises every day of your weeks!;-)
And of course, don’t forget to breath…..
